Ralph Hosier is a highly experienced automotive engineer with more than three decades of hands-on industry work, spanning OEM development, motorsport, EV systems engineering, and advanced training. He has built a career at the intersection of innovation, practical engineering and real-world problem solving, delivering projects for major manufacturers as well as building prototype high-performance and electric vehicles.
Ralph has worked with a variety of engineering and training companies. His recent work includes designing high-voltage control systems, developing custom battery packs using the latest cell technologies, and delivering EV safety training up to IMI Level 4.
With a background in Computer Systems Engineering (B.Eng, Warwick) and membership of leading professional bodies, Ralph blends rigorous engineering thinking with the practical experience of someone who has built, tested and driven the systems he teaches.
